It's straightforward! Just follow these steps: Download the app from the App Store or Play Store. Click on Signup, choose your city, enter your mobile number, and click on Get OTP. Verify the OTP to proceed. Once verified, enter your email ID, and click on Get OTP. Verify the OTP to proceed. Once your email ID is verified, you will be redirected to the home screen. Selecting any option will prompt you to complete your profile. Complete your user profile by entering necessary details such as your name, office location, home, pick up, and drop address. Once your details are entered, you're all set to book your trips using the COCO Rides app.

Yes. COCO Rides is designed for hybrid work models. You can book rides only on the days you need to travel and even choose one-way trips (office-only or home-only).

We will not share your contact information or any other details with any third party, including the drivers. However, COCO Rides may use some information only to enhance your user experience. Please read our data protection & privacy policy to learn more about what information we collect from you and how we use them. Rest assured your contact details are safe with us.

We understand that work schedules can change unexpectedly. You can reschedule or cancel your ride directly through the COCO Rides app up to 3.5 hours before your scheduled pickup time, subject to seat availability. COCO Rides offers simple, distance-based pricing with both single-trip and monthly pass options. All rides must be booked through the app using online payment methods such as UPI or card. *All fares mentioned above are exclusive of GST. *Flexible payment models are available for HIA-based companies.

We don't accept cash as your booking and payments will have to be made in advance. You can pay by any digital means on our app.

No, we don't do that! When we say we are your commute planner, we mean it. You can easily book and pay for all your trips in advance from the convenience of the COCO Rides app.

You can cancel or reschedule your ride up to 3.5 hours before your scheduled pickup time. To receive a full refund, please ensure you cancel or reschedule within this window. Yes. COCO Rides is a shared employee commute service where you travel with other office commuters on the same route. Shared travel helps make daily commutes more affordable, reliable, and environmentally sustainable.

At the moment, our app does not accommodate this feature. But we hear ya! We will get this feature built for you!

To ensure timely pickups and efficient operations, COCO Rides operates through predefined nodal pickup and drop points instead of doorstep service. These pickup points are selected to be safe, convenient, and easily accessible from nearby residential and metro areas.

COCO Rides operates comfortable and reliable buses ranging from 32 seater to 50 seater vehicles, depending on route demand and availability. All vehicles are maintained for safety, comfort, and a smooth daily commute experience.

Your safety is our priority. You can delete your account permanently. Follow the below steps: Launch the COCO App On the top right, click on the Profile Page Icon Click the Delete Account button Confirm that you want to Delete your account Your account will be marked for deletion once you have completed the above steps. You will receive a confirmation after 90 days that it has been permanently deleted, along with all PII information related to your account. If you would like to avail of services again post 90 days, you will need to set up a new profile. Please sign up if you decide to restore your account within 90 days of deletion. Install the COCO Rides app and register yourself. When filling out your user profile, make sure to include your residential address and fill in all the necessary fields as required. After completing your profile, navigate to the homepage and select the service option. Choose your travel date(s) and click 'ok'. On the next screen, you'll be prompted to select your 'Pickup Point' for travelling to the office and 'Drop Point' for travelling from the office. The dropdown menu will automatically provide you with the closest nodal point to your residential address.

If your location is not covered by COCO Rides, we request you to drop your details to support@cocorides.com or contact us through the COCO Rides app. Our team will do their best to serve the location.

You can book your COCO Rides up to 3.5 hours before your scheduled pickup time through the app.

Once your trip starts, open the COCO Rides app and tap on the “Scan QR Code” option. Simply scan the QR code available inside the vehicle to confirm that you have boarded. This helps us ensure accurate trip tracking and a smoother commute experience.

COCO Rides Airport: The cancellation cut-off time 1 hour before the pick-up time. COCO Rides Shuttle: The cancellation cut-off time is 3.5 hours before the office arrival time and for logout from Ecoworld the cancellation cut-off time is 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
