COCO Rides is an app-based service that facilitates ride sharing to and from the office, making commuting easier, smarter, and less stressful. We assure affordability, timely pickups, and hassle-free rides as you share your journey with others. COCO Rides is an initiative by Routematic, India's fastest-growing company in corporate transportation, facilitating over 1.5 lakh employee commutes every day!

With COCO Rides, you always book in advance. Once you register with COCO Rides, your profile will be activated after an OTP verification. After the successful verification, complete your user profile. Once your details are set, you are all ready to book your trips on the COCO Rides app. Choose the day/days you want to travel, pay in advance and you are all set to commute with COCO. Happy commuting!

It's straightforward! Just follow these steps:

1. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store.

2. Click on Signup, choose your city, enter your mobile number, and click on Get OTP.

3. Verify the OTP to proceed.

4. Once verified, enter your email ID, and click on Get OTP.

5. Verify the OTP to proceed.

6. Once your email ID is verified, you will be redirected to the home screen. Selecting any option will prompt you to complete your profile.

7. Complete your user profile by entering necessary details such as your name, office location, home, pick up, and drop address.

8.Once your details are entered, you're all set to book your trips using the COCO Rides app.

Let's start with what we don't do.

We don't do unnecessary wait times for vehicle arrival, driver cancellations, or surge pricing. Nah, not our style. You book your commute in advance and let us handle the rest! Since you book your seat in advance, we guarantee your ride, after carefully optimizing the routes for shared commuting.

Of course! COCO Rides are designed to suit the hybrid work model and your style of commute. You can select specific days for travel or even opt for one-way commuting, planning for the days you need to go to the office and return. We'll take care of the rest.

It all depends on how many people are commuting from your zone at the same time.

COCO Rides Auto: A maximum of 2 people can share the ride

COCO Rides Pool: A maximum of 3 people can share the ride

COCO Rides Shuttle: In a 4-seater, a maximum of 4 riders will commute. In Tempo Travellers, a maximum of 12 riders will commute.

We will not share your contact information or any other details with any third party, including the drivers. However, COCO Rides may use some information only to enhance your user experience. Please read our data protection & privacy policy to learn more about what information we collect from you and how we use them. Rest assured your contact details are safe with us.

To contact the COCO Rides driver, simply tap the vehicle tracking icon on the ride card within the app. This action will direct you to a page where you can track the ride progress and access the driver's information, including a Call Icon. Click on the call icon to initiate a call with the driver.

We design and optimize the routes so that you and your co-passengers always reach your destinations on time. This is something we can proudly vouch for! So, while using COCO Rides, take the opportunity to relax and indulge in activities you might not have time for otherwise!

Simple! Download and register yourself on the COCO Rides app to pre-book your trip. Select the day & times you want to travel and share your pick & drop details such as location and the time you want to REACH OFFICE and DROPPED HOME. Make the payments. You are all set, while we take care of the rest!

You bet. We have thought through the experience for you - you'll get a friendly reminder that the cab you booked is on its way. You can track the ride through the app as well. Click on the Location mark in the Ongoing rides section.

Ecoworld:

We are currently running limited time slots. You can book your rides to arrive at Ecoworld at 8:30 am, 9:30 am, and 10:30 am, while pick-ups from Ecoworld are scheduled for 4:15 pm, 5:00 pm, and 6:00 pm.

We will be opening more time slots soon. Keep watching this space.

ETV:

We are currently running limited time slots. You can book your rides to arrive at ETV at 9:30 am, and 10:30 am, while pick-ups from ETV are scheduled for 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm.

We heard you! COCO lets you cancel your ride on the app up to 2.30 PM, so you can plan your day as it comes. You can also call our helpdesk or WhatsApp us for assistance. We will try to accommodate you in the 7.30 PM departure.

COCO Rides Airport: We have a flat rate pricing of Rs. 999/- for drop and pick up from Bengaluru Airport

COCO Rides Auto: We have a flat rate pricing of Rs. 99/-

COCO Rides Pool: We have Kilometre slab-based pricing which starts at Rs 158/- per ride. You can check the price for your location from our App. Pay in advance, to confirm your booking.

Yes, you can book multiple trips for yourself, all payments need to be done in advance.

You must book your seat by 9 pm the previous night to ride COCO the next morning. For evenings, book your ride by 2.30 pm, same day. That gives us enough time to get your ride planned for the best experience.

It can happen to any of us - we remind ourselves to book, but then we forget. In case you haven't pre-booked, you can email us at support@cocorides.com or Whatsapp us at +91-7026813456 and you will be allotted a seat depending on availability.

You can reschedule or cancel your bookings directly from the COCO Rides app within the specified slot above. Alternatively you can write to us on support@cocorides.com or call us on 8068175495. In case of a valid cancellation, the full amount will be refunded within 5 working days.

COCO Rides is currently operational only in Bengaluru for ETV. You are the early adopters!

COCO Rides is designed to suit every budget especially that of long-distance travelers. Since we have a kilometre slab-based pricing, you could save more with COCO Rides compared to other ride-hailing services.

Currently, COCO Rides is a shared service. You will be travelling alongside people who share the same route. Make friends, chat a bit, and reach your destination on time.

At the moment, our app does not accommodate this feature. But we hear ya! We will get this feature built for you!

COCO Rides offer A/C Sedan, SUV/MUV, and Tempo travellers. We promise to give you the same level of comfort & service, irrespective of the type of vehicle.

We have designed COCO rides keeping in mind every aspect of your safety and comfort. Our drivers are fully vaccinated, the vehicles thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before the trip begins. Mask is mandatory, so show up responsibly but no chin mask please! We have a 24x7 helpline and SOS. In case of an emergency, just a tap and we will be at your service!

Your safety is our topmost priority. Starting from regular sanitization of the vehicles to vaccinated drivers, we have you covered on this! Our drivers are fully trained to adhere to COVID-19 protocols. We urge the passengers to follow to adhere to the norms as well.

You can delete your account permanently. Follow the below steps:

1. Launch the COCO App

2. On the top right, click on the Profile Page Icon

3. Click the Delete Account button

4. Confirm that you want to Delete your account

Your account will be marked for deletion once you have completed the above steps. You will receive a confirmation after 90 days that it has been permanently deleted, along with all PII information related to your account.

If you would like to avail of services again post 90 days, you will need to set up a new profile.

Please sign up if you decide to restore your account within 90 days of deletion.

COCO Rides offers four services:

COCO Rides Auto: COCO Rides Auto is a shared office commute operating within a radius of 6 km. Currently operational only to and from ETV.

COCO Rides Pool: COCO Rides Pool is a shared office commute operating within Bengaluru city limits. Currently operational only to and from ETV.

COCO Rides Airport: Avail rides to the Bengaluru airport from anywhere in the city. Operational only on weekends.

COCO Rides Shuttle: COCO Rides Shuttle is a shared office commute operating within Bengaluru city limits. Currently operational only to and from Ecoworld.

Install the COCO Rides app and register yourself. When filling out your user profile, make sure to include your residential address and fill in all the necessary fields as required. After completing your profile, navigate to the homepage and select the service option. Choose your travel date(s) and click 'ok'. On the next screen, you'll be prompted to select your 'Pickup Point' for travelling to the office and 'Drop Point' for travelling from the office. The dropdown menu will automatically provide you with the closest nodal point to your residential address.

If your location is not covered by COCO Rides, we request you to drop your details to support@cocorides.com or contact us through the COCO Rides app. For Ecoworld you can add your location details here: https://www.cocorides.com/ecoworld . Our team will do their best to serve the location.

COCO Rides Airport: The deadline for booking your airport ride is four hours before your desired arrival time at the airport.

COCO Rides Auto: The deadline for booking your auto ride is 90 minutes before your desired arrival time at the office. For logging out from the office the cut-off time is 30 minutes.

COCO Rides Pool: The deadline for booking your pool ride is 12 hours before your desired arrival time to the office. For log out from the office the cut-off time is 3 hours.

COCO Rides Shuttle: The deadline for booking your shuttle ride is two and a half hours before your desired arrival time at the office. There is no specific deadline for logging out from the office. You can book a ride until the start time of your trip.

COCO Rides Airport: After your COCO Ride is confirmed, the ride card in the app will display an OTP number. Share this OTP number with the driver to begin your ride.

COCO Rides Pool: Share OTP: After your COCO Ride is confirmed, the ride card in the app will display an OTP number. Share this OTP number with the driver to begin your ride.

COCO Rides Auto: After your COCO Ride is confirmed, the ride card in the app will display an OTP number. Share this OTP number with the driver to begin your ride.

COCO Rides Shuttle: During your ongoing trip, you'll have the option to scan a QR code in the COCO Rides app. Simply click on the "Scan QR code" option and scan the QR code provided inside the vehicle. This action will notify us that you have boarded the vehicle.

COCO Rides Shuttle connects to 11 metro stations from Ecoworld. These stations include Kengeri Metro Station, Jnanabharathi Metro Station, RR Nagar Metro Station, Nayandahalli Metro Station, JP Nagar Metro Station, Banashankari Metro Station, KR Puram Metro Station, Baiyappanahalli Metro Station, Indiranagar Metro Station, MG Road Metro Station, and Vijayanagar Metro Station.

COCO Airport: The cancellation cut-off time 1 hour before the pick-up time.

COCO Auto: The cancellation cut-off time is 90 minutes before the office arrival time and for logout from ETV the cancellation cut-off time is 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

COCO Pool: The cancellation cut-off time is 9 hours before the office arrival time and for logout from ETV the cancellation cut-off time is 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

COCO Shuttle: The cancellation cut-off time is 6 hours before the office arrival time and for logout from Ecoworld the cancellation cut-off time is 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
