What we do with the information we gather?

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and primarily for the following reasons:

To prepare the database for routing purposes
Geo-coding of Pickup/Drop location
Prepare a transportation route list using all parameters
Transportation tracking purpose
Vehicle ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), Alerts and SMS
Verification on automated IVR Help desk and making automated IVR calls for alerting and notification purposes
Email and SMS based alerts for transportation and notification purposes

Zero Tolerance Policy

COCO Rides will not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers or riders using the services. If you think your co-passengers or driver are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please report to us at grievances@cocorides.com.

Controlling Your Personal Information

We will not sell, share, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold COCO Rides, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal and lawyer fees), made against COCO Rides by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the application and service.

COCO Rides reserves the right to recover the damages, including any legal fees and attorney’s fees from persons found using COCO Rides product, mobile app, website, and its online services fraudulently. COCO Rides reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such people for fraudulent use of its product and services, and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of the terms.

Safety

In response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking all necessary steps to provide you with the highest standards of hygiene and safety while commuting. We adhere to our EHS compliance and urge all of you to take all necessary precautions inside and outside of the vehicle.

COCO Rides however shall not be liable for the contraction of COVID-19 or any transmissible virus. COCO Rides does not take responsibility for users' personal choice of hygiene and health. With this, you agree that the entire risk arising out of your commute, remains solely with you. You agree to indemnify COCO Rides all its employees and driver partners from any kind of claim arising in connection to COVID-19.

Any content included in the COCO Rides product and this website, such as trademarks, logos, images, photographs, graphics, text, buttons and sub-sites/microsites are the exclusive property of Nivaata Systems Private Limited.
